More pictures of our Boracay trip

We took took a boat trip and anchored near Crocodile Island. We did some snorkeling as the place was covered in magnificent coral. This is a picture of me diving down to inspect the corrals and feed the fish - a great experience.

The beach was really nice. There was some strange greenish algae near the waters edge, but otherwise it was safe to swim in. I think the algae is probably from the pollution - Boracay is now quickly developing as a tourist hotspot. The water was a deep blue colour - Boracay is the only place that I've been to where the sky and sea is as blue as what you will find in a postcard.

On our way to the hotel.

Mum getting on the boat - Cataclan to Boracay. I'm glad to say we didn't have much of a problem with her pregnancy. She avoided swimming at the coral reef, she said that you're a bit heavy for her belly.

These are the HOPE Worldwide Philippines staff that we went with to Boracay. Actually the whole package was cheap - 4500 pesos per person - with free breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Another shot from at one of the islands, I can't remember which one. I was getting toasted by the sun at the end of the day.
